Background
Digital ID were moving into a building that had been vacant for over a decade. Because of this, the aim was to transform the space into a new home for their staff and a destination workplace to rival anything else in the city centre. DBI Furniture Solutions delivered the full furnishing of the comprehensive CAT A and CAT B fit-out, specifying and supplying every piece needed to bring the new workplace to life.

The Brief
The brief was to create a space that encourages collaboration and creativity across the team, while providing the modern facilities that make it a convenient place to work, such as lounges, shower rooms, Zoom rooms, common areas, and more.
To encourage conversation between the team, we specified a mixture of soft seating for the new breakout area, including Allermuir Bastille Lounge and Allermuir Orai pieces, paired with Senator meeting tables and Allermuir FortySeven tables, giving the space a coffee shop feel that invites staff to work away from their desks.
Acoustic furniture and finishes were used cohesively throughout the workspace to reduce noise in open-plan zones and collaborative areas.
