The brief was simple – to create a modern, flexible workspace that supports productivity, wellbeing and collaboration, giving the team a variety of settings to suit different ways of working, from open collaborative areas to quieter spaces for focused, distraction-free work.

Senator Hideaway pods give staff access to private spaces for concentrated work, confidential conversations, or small meetings away from the main office floor, while Senator Mote collaborative seating and Senator Haven Solo Pods create informal areas where colleagues can meet and share ideas, encouraging the kind of everyday connection that’s easy to lose in a busy office.

Torasen Pluto Plus Mesh task chairs were specified throughout the office, chosen for the ergonomic support they provide through a full working day, with Arlo and Clara seating offering extra flexibility across different areas. Torasen Freeway Bench desking, with biophilic features, brings natural elements into the environment, and Torasen Freeway Sit/Stand desks were also installed, offering the freedom to move between sitting and standing throughout the day without disrupting the layout of the office space.
