You can return your order (excluding bespoke or made-to-order items) within 14 days of the final delivery date, as long as the goods are unused and in the same condition they arrived in.

The guarantee covers you for the duration and scope set by the manufacturer, and full details – including the manufacturer's name, address, and terms – are provided with your order.

Free delivery is available on qualifying orders over £750 to UK mainland addresses. Some postcodes and product types are excluded. Delivery options and charges are confirmed at checkout.
